so all of my hard work is finally paying off: my boss called me today to tell me that they are giving me a raise because i am way underpaid. finally they realize what i've been trying to get them to see for quite some time. i am very happy with the raise, although i won't see it for a few paychecks. yet i am still unhappy with my job.
